For three decades, the 49ers Foundation has turned that platform into transformative opportunities for Bay Area youth, building a legacy through STEAM education, nationally recognized football programs, and partnerships with leading nonprofits — powered by the generosity of our corporate partners, Red & Gold Society members, and donors.

This year, the 49ers Foundation invested over $8.2 million in Bay Area legacy projects in partnership with Bay Area Host Committee and the NFL Foundation.

  • 2025 Golden Getaway

    The 2026 49ers Foundation Golden Getaway delivered three unforgettable days and two nights of unmatched  moments — meet-and-greets with 49ers players, coaches, and legends, a star-studded gala, live entertainment and family fun.

    The result: $2.6 million raised in 2025, powered by 12 players, 15 alumni, 500+ attendees, and 50+ sponsors coming together for a great cause.

  • Players for a Purpose

    Players for a Purpose presented by SAP brought 600+ supporters and the entire 49ers roster to Levi's® Stadium for a night of firsts — a block party spotlighting the Foundation's Bay Area and global impact, followed by the debut of "Going Beyond," its expanded global mission.

    The result: a record-breaking $1.4 million raised.

  • KNBR Holiday Sports Auction

    The ninth annual KNBR Holiday Sports Auction presented by Dignity Health closed out the season of giving by fundraising through exclusive experiences, unique memorabilia, and unforgettable fan packages. Top sellers included premium suite experiences for AC/DC and Ed Sheeran concerts at Levi’s® Stadium, as well as a Topgolf outing with 49ers tight ends

    The result: $256,000 raised for Bay Area Youth and Beyond!

On Gameday

  • 50/50 Raffle

    The 49ers Foundation’s 50/50 Raffle presented by Venardi Zurada LLP raised more than $1.85 million at Levi’s® Stadium. Half of every game’s proceeds went to a lucky fan, while the other half supported one of 10 community beneficiaries helping create greater opportunity for Bay Area youth and Beyond.

  • Dig for Gold Auction & Sale

    Dig for Gold Auction & Sale gives 49ers fans access to authentic, can’t-buy collectibles straight from the team’s locker room while supporting programs that help level the playing field for Bay Area youth and Beyond. During the 2025 season, the auction generated more than $500,000 and resold over three tons of textiles.

  • Teacher of the Game

    The 49ers Foundation celebrates Bay Area educators who go above and beyond for their students. Throughout the 2025 season, 10 outstanding teachers were honored on the field during third-quarter breaks at 49ers home games, recognizing their dedication and the everyday impact they make empowering the next generation.

  • Community Connections

    Through Community Connection presented by PG&E, every touchdown, sack, and field goal became a chance to give back to the 49ers Foundation. Together, those plays added up to an incredible $27,900 for the 2025 home season.

  • STEAM Students of the Game

    The 49ers Foundation and PG&E are shining a spotlight on Bay Area students with a passion for STEAM. At each 49ers home game during the 2025 season, two standout students were honored for their curiosity, creativity, and drive to shape the next generation.

  • Scoreboard Message Program

    Fans could make gameday extra special by purchasing a personalized scoreboard message that would be seen on the big screen at a 49ers home game. The new record in 2025 raised over $18,513!

  • NetApp Owner's Club

    The 49ers Foundation continued its presence in the NetApp Owner's Club at Levi's® Stadium, inviting guests to visit an activation station for a chance to win autographed items in a complimentary raffle while learning about the Foundation's direct service youth programs and upcoming events.

The Red & Gold Society

Throughout the 2025 season and offseason, the 49ers Foundation honored the lasting impact of our most dedicated supporters. Red & Gold Society members enjoyed access to exclusive events and an on-field recognition, along with other annual benefits.
